EZ Drummer stopped working

For some reason EZ Drummer has stopped working, it's being detected but won't open when selected and crashes Orion Platinum and the PC has to be rebooted, it is added to the vstcfg list and re-scanned, it's there but won't open. I have tried re-installing it along with an update from Toontrack but no joy, I have mentioned it in the Toontrack support forum as well.
