Make sure to download and install the full version from our service area (ie, not the demo download page):
http://www.synapse-audio.com/support.html

The common reason for this problem is that you're running the demo version. By clicking on the Dune logo, you can check that - if it reads "Demo" then you're running the demo version, which does not recall patches.

Hi everyone,

I have exactly the same issue. I tested Dune in the demo version, liked it and that´s why I purchased the
offical Synapse Dune directly on their website.
I cannot save any patches, so although I even manually save the patches in Dune, I cant load them after reopening my Logic9
session. I clicked on the Logo and it does not say, that it is the demo version. Official "Dune v1.42, Engine v1.42, 64-bit"

If I reopen Logic Dune stays mute with no name in the patch, if I manually load the saved patch, nothing changes.
Normally Dune should save the patch automatically with logic, isn´t it ?

Please help, cause otherwise all my work is a waste of time and so is the money I spent on Dune in that case.

Thanks in advance !

Please do the steps below:
1 ) Close Logic if opened
2 ) go to the /Library/Audio/Plugins/Components folder
3 ) remove Dune.component
4 ) go to the /Library/Audio/Plugins/VST folder
5 ) remove Dune.vst
6 ) open Logic and let it rescan plugins
7 ) close Logic
8 ) install Dune once again from latest installer
- please make sure that you install Dune to your root drive
* drive where your OS is installed
- please make sure that you provide the proper and valid serial number
* this should be done via the Registration Tool which should be launched right after the installation
9 ) open Logic and check if plugin works properly

If there are any problems still, please contact with our support:
