Hi guys, as obvious as this thread is, what I would like to know is everyone's response on best and most technical functionality within Orion. I'm not talking about inserting a filter but actually some really insider information on what you do for your project??

Re: Voting for best most technical functionalitywelcome to the forum, mate!
not sure i understand exactly what you're after with this thread - but i'll share a little of what i do in ORION to get my tracks sounding pretty huge. PSP vintage warmer and waves ultramaximizer on master bus for ALL TRACKS. PHILTA on master bus on all tracks to cut out the lowest and highest frequencies (this is just to cut the really EXTREME frequencies that you cant hear) and another thing i cant live without is ANY vst EQ with a visual screen so i can SEE the frequencies of each track. fab filter pro-q is really nice for this but there are loads of eq plugs that let you see your frequency spectrum i think this is probably the most important thing for me when producing. anyone else care to share some ideas? Re: Voting for best most technical functionalityCool. Sounds great Junebug!I like to work with Sylenth. It's an amazing plugin, Once I get a melody that works I layer it in the same chords with other Synths. Synthmaster VST is another great one.
I normally work backwards. So I work on first 8 bars and make it as if it's finished (Drops in). Then I work backwards really. (If that makes sense).
