Antidote v Dune 2Can Antidote do anything Dune 2 can't do? I'm try to decide which one to buy, being able to host either. Thanks.
Re: Antidote v Dune 2Antidote can be used within Reason's modulation system via the back panel, that's the main difference to a VST plugin like Dune 2. If you look at both plugins in isolation, then Dune 2 has more options (MSEGs, two FX busses, multiple voices/parts, ... to name a few), so it can do a lot more "out of the box".
The best way is probably to demo both (it's free), and see what suits you best. If you're curious about the details, check out both manuals. Even though oscillators and filters employ similar code, there is quite a few differences in the details: http://www.synapse-audio.com/DUNE-2-Manual.pdf http://www.synapse-audio.com/AntidoteREManual.pdf Admin - Synapse Audio Software

Re: Antidote v Dune 2
Thank you. I'm demoing both. I'm sure I'm going to get one or the other, so I'm using the demos to decide which one to get.
