DUNE 2 Premium EDM Vol. 1 file?

Hi,
trying to download the Premium EDM Vol. 1 but I'm only receiving a document file and no zip folder?
Using Firefox to download and Keka as the down loader.

change the extension file name ?

We don't prefer to use any download manager to download the files from the User area. If file extension change didn't help, please try to re-download the file once again and without using any download manager.

Changing the file name didn't work but using Unarchiver did.
Just wanted to make sure the file source was good at the server as I've not had this issue before.

Is this library locked to a serial number? If I were to let my friend use it to demo it would it be locked for him?
