Re: Dune 2 voice 2,3,4... resetA feature to initialize a single voice would be a good idea. I've had times where I want to edit an unison voice from scratch, with the default init settings. Maybe with an option in the patch menu that says "Initialize currently selected voice" or something.
Re: Dune 2 voice 2,3,4... resetI am glad my thread picked up so much interest. I'm a complete newbie when it comes to creating patches, and yet I asked for a feature the same day I created my first patch ever!
It must mean something - that Initialize Selected Voice is INDEED a needed feature Gonna buy DUNE 2 on Friday! I'm so excited for finally diving into sound design world. Hope to post some sound demos soon.

Re: Dune 2 voice 2,3,4... resetI wouldn't mind this feature either. I guess for now the workaround would be to start from an INIT patch and then only work on one voice at a time rather than the "All" button............

Re: Dune 2 voice 2,3,4... resetOh and speaking of copy/paste you could copy an INIT voice to the one you're working on.....unless of course you're working on voice 8 and the other 7 are already programmed...............
Re: Dune 2 voice 2,3,4... resetI already created my own Init patch with the ALL button deselected and problem solved for future patches. Still think it would be nice to have that feature, just in case.

1. All button selected 2. Move density to zero (now all voices are 0) 3. Select voice 1 to edit that layer Is that what you are trying to do? Save this as a default patch and just load it to not do those 3 actions.

Re: Dune 2 voice 2,3,4... resetGood idea! We could add it as a separate option, or turn "Init Patch" into "Init Voice" if a particular voice is chosen.
Note that there is a fairly simple alternative way that already works, you can just copy any voice from the Init Patch, then paste it into the desired voice of the target patch. Admin - Synapse Audio Software

Re: Dune 2 voice 2,3,4... reset....Or perhaps just a double click in the voice number buttons, just like you implemented the double click to reset on any parameter.
