It looks like it has been dropped.
You would now go LFOx to OSCx PW then MW to LFOx Rate or Depth (or both)
Perhaps it's omission was accidental.

Re: Dune vs Dune 2 problemJust out of curiosity what would you use LFO*1 PW for that LFO ---->Pulse Width wouldn't cover ? I don't think I ever used that Mod Destination in DUNE 1 hence don't miss it in DUNE 2..........
Re: Dune vs Dune 2 problemThe modulation matrix in D2 got some cleanup compared to D1 (just like everything else did ). The LFO*PW destination in D1 came from early D1 betas, where the modulation matrix was not fully developed. The straightforward way to apply modulation to Pulse Width is to simply choose Pulse Width as the destination, and the LFO as a source to get the same behavior.
In cases where the LFO*PW destination is used in D1 combined with a source that is not constant (say another LFO or Envelope), the better and cleaner way to do this in D2 is to use a separate slot for this, then choose the "Mod Matrix" destination to modulate that slot with yet another source.
