Can't Install Dune 2 with Cubase 8 (Mac) [SOLVED]

Despite numerous attempts, I just can't install Dune 2 with Cubase 8. I own the registered product, and I've been fiddling with ownership and permissions, but nothing will make it show up.

Also: Is there any way to search this forum?

There are people who have had problems installing on a Mac and it appears that Marcin is the one who can solve that. You should try to PM him, but also use search to find relevant threads.

It seems marcin only PM's solutions, so a search prob wouldnt help. I dont know why he doesnt put a public guide up and make it a sticky.... it cant be a secret, right?

Worse, I tried PM-ing marcin and it told me there's no such user (even though there obviously is). He doesn't appear to have logged in in the last couple of weeks, though.

Is there a reason why this information can't be made public? It does seem to come up quite often, so maybe a sticky Mac post might make sense

We wish it too, but all the cases are rather individual, at least so far.

If these problems are indeed individual, then it might involve sending you some files to try out (speaking out of experience), which really shouldn't be available to everyone to avoid any potential problems it might cause for others.

If a user needs additional files, the installer is faulty. I doubt thats the case. User error is more probable, so public instructions are a better solution.
