Interesting behavior I bumped into last night.... I use Ableton Live and I normally add the patch-related CC information to my MIDI clips. This causes Dune 2 to automatically switch to the patch that was used every time the clip is played. So I can have multiple MIDI clips on a track, and Dune 2 will just switch to whatever patch is needed to play each clip. Saves me from complex MIDI routing or multiple instances of Dune 2.
But... with the addition of the Xmas bonus soundbanks, my soundbank library is now too big to be contained within the range of available CC information. Ambient library B is beyond the last available "Sub bank" CC number (86). This would not be an issue if Dune 2 also recognized the "Bank" CC number.
Any chance the Devs can make Dune 2 respond to the Bank CC number for each soundbank, and continue to use the Sub bank CC for the patch categories within each soundbank?
This would also minimize the impact (although not eliminate) of adding new soundbanks since it would only roll the Bank CC, leaving the Sub bank CC the same.
