Re: ????Once again if no one from Synapse responds to the forum posts how is anyone to know that you're working on fixes ? It just looks like you are ignoring your SUPPORT forums. Like I said it would only take five minutes a day to check the forum and address any bug reports or support requests. If you detach yourself from your user base you'll soon find out you don't have one......
Case in point instead of actually addressing the OP's very detailed bug report: http://forum.synapse-audio.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=11732&p=112944#p112944 You just get defensive and post another short response........ Here's another report that got ignored: http://forum.synapse-audio.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=11768&start=0#p113226
Re: ????I also posted a bug report recently (thanks for linking it Teksonik).
Of course I don't expect a reply the same day, but it would be nice to let us know that it's actually being looked at. As I said in my post, I want to buy your product, but not if it keeps crashing.
Re: ????Indeed, confirmation a bug has been seen is the least they should do.
Support looks very poor, if i was a potential customer and i looked at this forum, the lack of dev presence wouldnt fill me with enthusiasm. Windows 11 Home - 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400 2.50 GHz -32GB RAM
