Hi everyone. First time poster here.
Just installed the Dune 2.5 update, but when I launch Pro Tools 12 it says that Dune is not a valid 64-bit AAX plug-in.
I've uninstalled and re-installed Dune, but it did not help.
Any suggestions?
I'm using Pro Tools 12.4 on Windows 10 Home x64.
Thanks.

Re: Pro Tools says Dune 2.5 is not a valid 64-bit plug-inSorry, I'd like to help but don't own Pro Tools........... Anyway welcome to the forums.
Re: Pro Tools says Dune 2.5 is not a valid 64-bit plug-inWe checked Pro Tools 12.4 with Windows 10 x64 and DUNE 2.5 works here.
Do you have any logs/details about the error message? Could you also try to delete the "DUNE2.aaxplugin" from Avid plugins dir and plugins unused dir (if available) and install DUNE 2.5 from the latest installer available in the User Area? The folders are: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins" and "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins (Unused)".
Re: Pro Tools says Dune 2.5 is not a valid 64-bit plug-inThanks, glad to be here.
I will try your suggestion when I get home tonight. I will also see if there are any error logs.
Re: Pro Tools says Dune 2.5 is not a valid 64-bit plug-inHi guys, I'm back.
Uninstalled DUNE and re-installed using the latest download from the user area. Still getting the same error. Attached is a screen grab of the exact message. Pro Tools is creating log files (with the extension .dlog) in \Users\AppData\Local\Avid\Logs, but I think they can only be read by people from Avid. Think I should seek help in the Avid forums? BTW, Pro Tools is but one DAW I use, DUNE seems fine in my other ones, like REAPER, SONAR, etc. I think I've seen some people with Pro Tools problems receive advice along the lines of deleting all the files in \AppData\Roaming\Avid\Pro Tools (where all the cache and settings reside), but I'm hesitant to take that step. You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
Re: Pro Tools says Dune 2.5 is not a valid 64-bit plug-inCheck PM please.
Re: Pro Tools says Dune 2.5 is not a valid 64-bit plug-inI too have Pro Tools 12.4 64bit on Win-7..I had no issues whatsoever running Dune 2.5. I wonder if your being on Win 10 is causing an issue?
Re: Pro Tools says Dune 2.5 is not a valid 64-bit plug-in
From above...........
But we have no idea what the solution was because "check your PM" doesn't help at all..........
