Dune 2.5 preset bank error

Hi Guys, I'm a sound designer and I absolutely love Dune 2.5 however it seems to be an issue with creating soundbanks where they don't upload correct from Windows to Macs?

my Laptop specs and DAW
Asus Rog G56JKEB
12 GB RAM
1TB SSD
i7-4210HQ
win10
FL Studio 12.203

seems like the user's on a mac using ableton live? and they are using Dune 2.5 as well... IDK if its because he might need to update his version of Dune 2.5 to the recent version?

The most recent version is 2.501 and there have been a few reports of users not being able to load patches until they update to that version.........

v2.501, which is now available in the support area.
