DUNE 2 installation issues (wavetables+presets missing)

Hello! Trying Dune 2 but the default wavetables and presets are missing and it's causing an error message on startup..

I finally managed to track them down (the installer doesn't say where these are hiding).

It seems to be in the admin folder (my main user folder isn't admin). Not sure if this is the cause of what the workaround can be. This folder should be readable in any case?

Running Windows 10 and Mulab as a host.

The presets and wavetables are installed into

User\Documents\Synapse Audio\DUNE 2

Usually under Windows there is just one user, so it is simply Documents\Synapse Audio\DUNE 2. In case of multiple users, it is the one who executed the installer.

Thanks for your reply. In my case I am running 2 users for security reasons (ransomware being the main one) as this is being increasingly recommended.

I have to run the installer as admin but then the files go in the admin folder.

Is this the reason that the wavetables can't be read? What is the workaround? Moving these files into the regular user?

There are no options to install the wavetables and presets in another place..

Yes, please try to move these files into your user's directory (preserving the proper path: \Documents\Synapse Audio\DUNE 2). To be sure of the place of your documents, please put the following address in the Exploer's address bar:
%userprofile%\documents
and accept by Enter.
