Dune 3 Not Visible in Logic Pro X on Mac OS Mojave 10.14

Component file is where it should be, but the plug-in does not show up in Logic Pro 10.4.3 Plug-in Manager. Already tried uninstall/reinstall. Seems like there was a similar issue with Dune 2.5 and was resolved.
