Dune 3 - doesn't show up in Komplete Kontrol

Greetings!

Just wanted to ask, how you can install Dune 3 properly that it wiil show up in the library-list of Komplete Kontrol. I can add the plug-in manually but when using the displays of my S88 MK2 I can't see and select it or pre-listening to the sounds.

Hey, thx for your reply! I already did but that didn't work! I 've noticed that the library is not showing up in the factory folder. But you can see it in the plugin folder.

Did you check the "NKS preset files" checkbox during installation? Also for the browser, are you looking for the DUNE 3 in global directory or user's directory?

Hey, thx again! No, it's not there. How do I get DUNE 3 on that particular drive into the factory folder? Other libraries are appearing from that HDD.

Yes, I was including the NKS file during the intallation and I can see it in the folder. I was looking in the global directory. It worked when copying the NKS-files into an excisting folder of the factory library but I guess that's not how it was intended to be. And in addition it seems, that the image for that plugin is missing as well in that case (plug-symbol).

Hello. Indeed, there might be a minor issue during installation (it looks that registry item may not always be properly created). We will fix it as soon as possible. In the meanwhile, we've sent the PM to you how to fix it manually.

Can you please send me the info of how to get Dune3 working in Komplete Kontrol as mine will not load inside of it. Message keeps saying plug in not found.

Did you install VST 2 version of the plugin?

installed the latest version 3.4 of the plug in using the intel installer. The icon shows up in Komplete Control and I can audition sounds but the interface will not load . Dune 3 opens and works correctly in Logic Pro x but as I said it will not load in KK standalone or using it via kk in logic.

During the installation process, there are checkboxes to select the Audio Unit, VST 2, VST 3 and AAX versions of the plugin.
Did you check the VST 2 version during installation? Can you find the following bundle on your drive?:
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/DUNE3.vst

Ok All working now . I had Dune3 vst3 in the main drive and not the user library. I copied it to the user directory > plug ins VST3 and it shows up and works in Komplete kontrol without problem. Many thanks.
