orion 64: Ozone4 wont show

izotope Ozone 4 64bit does not show up in orion 64.

In orrion 32bit also, initially the vst was not working. then i got it working by renaming the vst from "iZotope Ozone 4.dll" to "iZotopeOzone4.dll"

But the same technique doesn't work for orion 64

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble.

Ozone 4 is indeed a fully 64-bit plug-in when installed in the correct directory.

I would recommend checking the path for 32 bit and 64 bit versions and make sure they install to the correct directory.

64 bit/Program Files - 32 bit/Program Files (x86)

Also, you must confirm within Orion that the host sees correct path to 64 bit version in its preferences. We do not check and officially support Orion64, however there are no known issues.

I would guess it's not on their radar. Rich could do a lot worse than sending them a copy/demo of Orion64 to use for testing purposes. Who knows, they might even send him Ozone4 back to evaluate. Or he could offer a straight swap.

Sure, no problem, they only need to send an email.

I don't need any NFR yet as the ozone demo version already crashes right away when instantiating it.

Got a mail from izotope QA, send them a full NFR version for testing, will keep you posted if there's any news.

The DirectX version of Ozone-4 works in Orion-x64!

But you may need to delete or move your VST dll's of ozone4, otherwise Orion-x64 will not start.
