Image-Line Edison drag and drop

At the moment this doesn't seem to work in Orion. In most apps you can record and edit audio in Edison then simply drag it onto a track (in some such as Reaper it even keeps beat markers and slices intact). It would be ideal if I could do this as it's the main workaround I have for not having realtime export.
