Soundbanks won't load sounds [SOLVED]

ORIGINAL POST:

I just purchased the World of Cinematic Vol 2 soundbank and the sounds won't load. They show in the browser, but when I select a sound nothing loads.

Dune 3.41
Mac OS 11.2.3
Logic 10.6.3
Apple M1

After installing the sound bank iso I restarted my computer. I have tried deleting Dune from the AU slot in Logic and then loading it again, but it didn't help.

So it's not just my most recently purchased soundbank that won't load any sounds, but these four:

EDIT #2:

Files in the four soundbanks that won't load are all showing zero bytes of data.

EDIT #3:

The "Content" folder in the Soundsets iso file all show 4KB per file in each of the 4 soundbanks that won't load sounds, and after installing them, on the hard drive they all show 0 bytes. So the "Content" folder in the Soundsets iso needs to be updated for these 4 soundbanks:

Since you are on a Mac I can't help you there. I know on Windows the banks need to be in Documents> Synapse Audio>DUNE 3> Soundbanks.

Are you selecting the patches from within DUNE 3's interface or using Logic?

I noticed this in the system requirements....."A native Audio Unit is available for Silicon M1-based Macs".

You mentioned the "VST slot".

Did those older sound banks load fine in the past and suddenly stopped loading or ?

Banks are in the right place, because all the other ones work just fine, and I'm using Dune's browser.

The Soundsets iso file contains two things: the installer, then also a "Content" folder with all the soundbanks data which the installer uses.

Ok well obviously I can't help you since I don't own a Mac. I was hoping to help since it's about 2am where Marcin lives so I guess you'll have to wait for him or Richard to respond. I don't know if any of the regular posters here use a Mac.

Please try the following. Delete all the 4 non-working folders from the folder:
/Library/Application Support/Synapse Audio/DUNE 3/Soundbanks

Afterwards please clear the trash, then run the Soundsets installer once again.
Restart Logic and check if that worked.

Didn't work.

Installed files in those soundbanks still show as being zero bytes.

As I noted above, it appears that the "Content" folder in the Soundsets iso files doesn't actually contain the content for those 4 soundbanks, and shows the files as having only 4 KBs each.

After the last purchase. I registered the purchase, then downloaded the Soundset iso.

However, I just downloaded it again and it's much bigger this time over 300 MB, compared to under 100 for the previous download.

I'm going to delete all the problem files then try again with this 300 MB iso.

Yes, pelase try the 300 MB version. What is a date/time of these both ISO files?
Please delete the whole 4 invalid soundset folders rather than just individual files.
