Dune loses the patch

Hi my name is stefano,

i'm working with Studio One-Presonus with my iMAC, yesterday i have worked with Dune 1.4.2 AU or VST but now when i load the project i don't see the patch "Tronic Chord" (see the picture)
Why?
I have tried to save the bank or patch and the preset but when i load the patch or bank or the project Dune dosen't load the list and the patch!!!!!!

But how do I work with this problem? it's impossible....

are you using the demo version ?
or did you install the demo version before buying Dune ?

I had install demo before the installation of the Dune 1.4.2 registered
Can i do?!

you have to uninstall the demo first
