Hello! I'm love with this synth, but I have found something that I don't know if it's intended or an uninentional bug.
Checking with an spectrum analyzer, I have noticed that the sine wave in Oscillator 3 (3/N) has additional harmonics, while the one in the default wavetable 0% position does not (sine wave is a single frequency, as it should be).
Is it a bug?
Thanks,

Re: DUNE 2 sineI imagine that Osc3 sine is an analogue model, which would be slightly impure, whereas the wavetable is the mathematically correct digital version.

What do you mean is it a bug? Whats the problem? Windows 11 Home - 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400 2.50 GHz -32GB RAM

Oh..that would make total sense. Great to have both options. Last edited by Yorrrrrr on Tue Feb 03, 2015 4:45 pm, edited 1 time in total.
Re: DUNE 2 sine
I'm asking if it is a problem or not. If it's intentional or not. To me it's not really a problem, though...just asking if this imperfection of the sine was intended to recreate an analog modeled sine. Waves on VA and OSC 3, not only the sine, have additional harmonics, as opposed to the wavetable versions which are matematically correct.
