Legend not receiving MIDI notes

Dear Synapse Team,

since several months I am not able to generate sound with Legend in Logic Pro X.
I am using the most current releases of both on an Intel Mac running macOS Monterey.

I can remember Apple mentioned some major MIDI related updates in the changelog with the last releases of Logic.
Could this be the cause?

I would love to be able to use this great synth again.

That's the Au version?

Are you triggering Legend from midi in Logic, or via a midi keyboard

Yes, Logic only works with AU plugin versions.
The problem occurs with midi keyboard input as well as with midi sequences.

Strangely it is the only plugin where this happens. Every other plugin works normally.

Please disable MIDI 2.0 in the Logic's settings and try if that worked.

Yes, disabling Midi 2.0 did indeed fix the issue with Legend!

What effect will this have in general? Why is Legend the only plugin having issues with this option?
