Clicks & pops on Mac Studio (M1 Max)

All my plugins work perfectly, except Dune 3. When I try to record a track I get clicks and pops in the audio as well as increased CPU usage. I have tried to create a new project, vary the buffer size, reinstall... but without success

Did you install the latest update we posted recently (v3.522) ? This update was specifically for M1.
