Trouble with installing newest version of Dune 3

Good day,

I have an issue with installing the newest version of Dune 3 to my system. I use windows 11. It says that it's trying to make a file that already exists (see attachment). Above the try again button it says: ''Kan geen bestand maken dat al bestaat''. Meaning: ''Cannot create a file that already exists''. I have no idea how to resolve this issue. This pops up at a lot of files and is very time consuming and annoying.

Is there a way to fix this issue?
