Dune 3.62 NKS presets not loading

Hi, just updated to DUNE 3.62 and can't scroll NKS presets using Komplete kontrol

Works fine with 3.61.

Any thoughts? thanx

Hi, what is your OS and OS version, and which version of Komplete Kontrol do you use?
Did you refresh the library after installing 3.62?

Sorry, I've just realized I put the question in the wrong terms.

I'm using KK 3.3.2 with a Komplete Kontrol S88 MK3.

Everything seem to work as expected (I can use the keyboard to browse and load the plugin, I can see and listen to the previews)

The only thing that does not work is that I can't load the selected preset in the preview.
I scroll the preview, choose a sound, but then i can't load the selected sound using the KK browser of the keyboard. I have to load it internally in the plugin using the mouse. KK keyboard does not send the command to load the preset.

Version 3.61 worked, The Legend and Obsession work as they should. Ony 3.6.2 has this bug.

I hope I was able to explain my issue.

MAcOS Ventura 13.6.9, KK 3.3.2, Komplete KOntrol Keyboard S88 MK3, firmware 1.7.6.

We have checked the 3.62 on Ventura and all look good here. Please check the following things:
- be sure you have checked the VST 3 versions of the plugin during installation,
- be sure NKS resources are selected during installation,
- after the installation please refresh the DUNE 3 NKS library in the KK's Preferences,
- please check if you can select the sound on the presets list in the KK by mouse.

I've done all the above, and the only thing I can't do is to manually change the sound of the presets in the KK broswer by mouse. The name of the presets changes, but the the plugin remains always on the default preset Adrenaline KS).

tried again with 3.61 and the issue is the same

Ok, this looks like some kind of uncommon issue. We have sent PM to you with more detailed steps to follow.
