Orion 8.5 PB: Ruler steals MW focus

Open a piano roll windows and move the mouse over steps steps dialog. If you use MW on it, it changes the steps. Now, move the mouse over the piano roll ruler and do horizontal zoom using the mouse wheel. Now try again changing steps with the mouse wheel: The ruler has stealed the MW focus.

You have to left click back on the Steps readout box to give it MW focus again............

This wasn't fixed on PB2 (is this a bug?)
