Hallo habe eine Frage, ich habe gelesen, dass in Orion 8.0.2 unter Windows 10 teilweise älteren VST-Plugins (ohne Installation) nicht
funktionieren.
Beispiel: Vst ADVENTUS 1.5 hat nur eine .dll, die an und für sich in das entsprechende Verzeichnis bei Orion reinkopiert werden muss. Aber Aventus wird in der DAW (obwohl auch nachgetragen in der KonifgList) weder angezeigt noch spielbar. Hat einer eine Lösung?


Hello I have a question, I read that in Orion 8.0.2 under Windows 10 partially older VST plugins (without installation) are not

Example: Vst ADVENTUS 1.5 has only one .dll, which in and of itself has to be copied into the corresponding directory at Orion. But Aventus is neither displayed nor playable in the DAW (although also added to the KonifgList). Does anyone have a solution?

I've downloaded the demo 1.5 version.

It's working fine in Orion 8.6 32-bit. It did not work in Orion 64-bit.

Mind if I ask, why are you still using 8.0.2? Why not update to 8.6?

I recently ran into a similar problem with some D-16 synths, turned out it was an issue with VB.
The installers put the .dll in the right spot, but when initiated, nothing loaded.(argh panic)

I ran the Visual C++ as below and all work fine.

Microsoft Visual C + + Redist packs x64 & x86 v10.0.30319.1 must be installed to run some older D16 products.
