Dune fltcut pops

So, I've been playing around with the presets all over the net... some are pretty nice, some not my kind, and finally I decided to make my own sounds, (pretty much original decision :p ), anyways... I've decided to start with something like fat supersaw thing and tweak them to my liking... but I found my self puzzled... I set the OSCs as I thought they should be to sound like that, set the ADSR of the Amp Env. and then I start to tweak!!!
1st stop, ModMatrix, setting fltcut and fltreson. to be controled with MWheel, so far so good... then I want to make the sound a little plucky like, while the fltcut opens to bright... while on that playing with different settings each time, I always get a slightly pop sound while fltcut opens... I mean not being smooth plucky change to supersaw like sound... what might be my problem on that?
