WT "Additice Tool" Harmonics Frequencys

Postby GRUMP » Wed Nov 06, 2019 9:59 pm

As the Manual doesn´t tell the User about the Frequency Settings of the Partials that can be edited in the Harmonics Editor I have just activated the first 100 Harmonics, sampled the Sound and imported it into Vertigo (additive Reconstruction). The Result - maybe interesting for some of you:

1: .25
2: .5
3: .75
4: 1

and so on in .25 Steps.

Has anybody asked himself about that already?

Complement: if you want a perfectly harmonic Sound [...] you should chose 1,2,4,8,16 and so on. Chose others if you don´t ;-)

That is one of those exceptional cases of a Statement in a Forum which I can answer with "absolutely true".
