Audio Distortion Help

Hi everyone
I literally can not explain it, since today, Razer Synapse causes significant audio distortion despite me not owning a Razer headset or even a usb sound card. My headphones are currently directly plugged into the motherboard. Unfortunately I now had to uninstall Synapse but I still literally can not explain it.

Wrong forum, you need the Razer forum, not Synapse Audio. Diff companies

How many times has this happened now ? What's odd is a simple Google search for "Razer Synapse" doesn't even show Synapse Audio on the first page. It's all Razer.com :?
