Hello,
I have razer kraken TE. It’s was working perfectly fine and I had 3 audio devices to choose from, chat, game and thx spatial and I used spatial.
After the newest update there’s 5 devices and only chat and game work, I can’t get special to work, I don’t want chat and game separated and I just want to use the 7.1 surround sound with Headphones (thx special audio device) but it won’t work. Here is what I’ve tried so far:
• Restarting computer/razer synapse 3.0
• Tried different USB ports
• Reinstalled synapse/drivers/everything multiple times
• setting THX spatial audio device as default
Nothing seems to work. How to solve it?
