Up Arrow raises the Patch Number, Down Arrow lowers the Patch Number.....If you don't have the Patch List Window open.

If you have the Patch Window open the Left, Right, Up, and Down Arrows function as expected. Down Arrow scrolls down the list, Up Arrow Scrolls Up, Right Arrow jumps to the next column on the right etc.

Yes the Arrows work differently in each situation but I think their behavior is logical......
