ARP TEMPO information+sync setting please

I know the arpeggiator is an "old chestnut" topic.

I personally find the implementation restrictive, i.e no editing/exporting arps allowed. I'll live with that because I love Dune's awesome sound. But I find it really awkward to use the Arpeggiator because it doesn't sync to tempo, at least AFAIK. It does sort of follow tempo, ie, faster tempi mean the Arpeggiator plays back faster, but it's still in realtion to whatever tempo setting is saved and hidden in the preset.

This is a pretty big Timewaster, meaning I have to bounce to audio and then fiddle around in the DAW to find out what tempo the Arpeggiator is actully using. Totally cumbersome and inflexible, really.

Please, can the presets at least a) preferably sync to tempo, or if not b) at least show what tempo or tempo ration is being used by the arpeggiator?

all arps sync here, both step programmed and midi file ones

maybe, but i cant think of a single occasion when everything is not synced to host (even if the arp is playing 70bpm and host is 140)

i did notice some preset makers have specified a bpm in the preset info window, but if you are synced to host, its irrelevant

It is always shown on the Arp pages, check out the "Rate" display there.

When tempo-sync is on (default), the Rate shows e.g. 1/16 for sixteenth notes, all relative to the tempo in your DAW. When tempo-sync is off, the Rate is shown in Hertz (Hz).
