Sure.
Suppose you have a plugin in bus 2, which introduces a latency of 50ms. This means that the other 3 busses (if used), as well as the 4 sends (if used) come 50ms too early. So you insert unit delays in all used master strips *except* in bus 2, each set to 50ms. Now everything comes 50ms too late, and in thus in sync.
Note that of course the total latency increases by 50ms from whatever you have in your audio driver setting, so you must have a very, very good reason to punish yourself with plugins that introduce significant latency.

Extending plugin delay compensation...Thanks, i was thinking the opposite, insert unit delay on problem bus.

Extending plugin delay compensation...Come to think of it, the sends are delay-compensated afair.
It's very easy to use a send as a bus. All you need to do is set mixer channel volume to zero, and unlink it from the send, so that the send knob becomes the volume control. Does anyone know of a non-hardware VST plugin that introduces latency so I can test? Admin - Synapse Audio Software

He took the time and told the workaround. My advice, use zero latency plugins everywhere. Problem solved. Also a couple of milliseconds latency causes zero audible problem.
Extending plugin delay compensation...I'm looking into it

Great! Think of the prestige of getting full PDC before FL
Extending plugin delay compensation...
I'm not worried about FL, as it is both stuck in the 32-bit world, plus its impressive feature set and looks are at odds with the workflow & sequencing paradigm. For professional producers of electronic music, I think the race is between Orion 8, Cubase 5 and Live. Admin - Synapse Audio Software

Extending plugin delay compensation...Ok, I was sort of joking.... anyway hope you manage to get it in before v8 is out.
Extending plugin delay compensation...imho, it's more between orion and live
orion just lacks the support of HUI protocol for pro studio Yamaha CS-30, Roland SH-1, Roland MKS70, Focusrite Scarlett 18i6, Yamaha FS1R, Oberheim Matrix 1000, Novation Remote 37SL, Korg Legacy, Alesis M1Active 520, Novation Launchpad Pro, Push2, Intel i7-7700HQ
Extending plugin delay compensation...I got APDC working on all busses, turns out the code was basically there and needed only few additions here & there.
