hi,
in fact, i have only four wishes :
- a select tool on the event editor to select a region that i can copy/past to a new location
(you can add save selection to reuse it later, it replaces automation clip as a bonus !)
- automatic measure detection, when i load a loop in the sampler, i want the pattern to be updated to the correct length
- CTRL-E should not be the only way to edit events, a item in the menu equal to the "link next midi controller" must be added
- support HUI protocol
best regards
chris

what i wish for v8Yamaha CS-30, Roland SH-1, Roland MKS70, Focusrite Scarlett 18i6, Yamaha FS1R, Oberheim Matrix 1000, Novation Remote 37SL, Korg Legacy, Alesis M1Active 520, Novation Launchpad Pro, Push2, Intel i7-7700HQ
what i wish for v8The first two wishes are obsolete with V8.
That's because there will be both ATs, offering a much faster and more controllable way to do repetitive automations, as well as an overhauled and beat-synced version of the LFO tool. The latter might in fact be good enough to compete with ATs, for certain tasks. Admin - Synapse Audio Software

what i wish for v8Excellent! I like the LFO tool - but trying to 'sync it' was a total pain!
And indeed, it might do away with AT's. I think I'd use 'LFO sync' more so myself, and if you could add a few more waveforms or allow inversions as you currently do. That could very well be awesome! CC c'mon! Even if you find a genie in a lamp - you only get 3 wishes out of him!
what i wish for v8Is dropping audio samples to the drumrack will also be an obsolete whish ?
what i wish for v8Say what? That's DR's staple of existance! I hardly think so.

It's obsolete now SoundCloud ::: Facebook
what i wish for v8I wish to have the sampler filters + filter envelope as a stand alone little VST:P

Hypna - what exactly are you guys talking about? Dragging and dropping Audio Samples to DR? I've always used the folder method, but cool if drag and drop was possible.
what i wish for v8I think he didn't understood what I've asked...except if it is already the their internal beta. but i didn't read anything about that into the summary posted by Richard into the beta section.
what i wish for v8D&D is so much slower than using the file folder dialog (+ favorite folders if needed), not to mention the realtime preview it offers.

what i wish for v8I cast Dispell lvl 5 :p
Anyways... yes, I'm saying that Drag&Drop is obsolete. What better way to get your samples in DR or Sampler than it's open dialog? DR & Sampler open: - internal preview - on-the-fly opening Drag & Drop: - preview only via external players - you have to drag it from somewhere, meaning you will have yet another window open to drag from In any way, Open dialogs seems far better solution than D&D (no, not te game :p The game rocks ). What better way ? you are totally in another galaxy man, I'm wondering how I'll explain that D&D is neccessary in some cases...But I think I'll give up this task. Too anoying...you are.
what i wish for v8:superlol: - very good on the D+D reference Hypna... Lord I hated that game. A friend was SO into it (and still is on the net now  )
I definately like the Preview and all of DR as it is. Drag & Drop would be cool if one had a 7 piece kit and just drag BD, SD, HH, OHH, Tom, Cym1, Cym2 Budda-bing, budda-bam. But the folder option is certainly just as fast I guess.
what i wish for v8With the new workflow I'm finding myself in in the current beta, I hereby formally withdraw my request for drag & drop...
