renderingwhat do you, guys, think of being able to render current pattern to wav? I mean there is a one single pattern currently open in pattern mode and it can be rendered with all events without changing to SONG mode and choosing either to render track or to render entire song. I think it can be useful to get specific wav from pattern and then immediatly place it in sampler/ Or maybe I've missed something - there is such option in SONG mode - to render manualy defined pattern?

rendering
something like that - not nesessary in SOLO, just to render currently opened pettern
renderingah, i misunderstood when i read it earlier.. you want to capture song events too?
I know this is in wishlist, but as far as if there is something now. As far as I know, currently, the only option you have is to set the loop points. Last edited by V/M on Tue Jun 02, 2009 10:37 am, edited 1 time in total.

renderingJust went through this with drum patterns, and kinda see what Banda Novas saying. I laid them out in song and all, but then thought they really should be treated as a underlay. And though the arrangment somewhat worked, I knew I wanted to switch it up a bit still. So it was a pain to render the track - then the individual patterns, and label and all that.
But yes, a Stream Generator could be helpful. Where all patterns would appear as say 'DR-A1, DR-A2, DR-B3' etc. after. Or if named beforehand - 'DR-Intro, DR-groove, DR-Roll' and so on. A lot faster to ascertain in WAV editors and arrange back in Orion after.
