Spice Vol.2 is here. This expansion bank for Dune 2 delivers 79 quality sounds, suitable for Trance, Electro house, Psytrance, Ambient and other electronic styles of music.

Bringing out the best of Dune 2, this banks makes use of the latest features from version 2.5 and builds on the collection of the first volume by focusing more on the digital textures of Dune 2 produced via wavetables and FM. It is decidedly darker in character than Vol.1 with more emphasis on atmospheric elements and edgy sounds.

This bank features 20 Basses & Bass sequences, 14 Leads, 16 Pads, 17 Plucks & Sequences.

i will add some news patchs and tables during the next week.
about why i create wt and if i need them, Christophe, the response is:
first, i like to create wt, dune is one of my favorite synth and it's been a long time Mark didn't share some new table( thanks to him for is knoledge and sharing is superbe table), second, i consider wt like tools and everybody need new tools for creation and fun.
wt are like a big and wild country, some people wants to travel,, explore, some other prefer to stay on the tv, and everybody is happy:)

Does anyone know of any commercial (or free) patches that focus on sounding similar to the YM2612 (Sega Genesis/Megadrive)

I see lots of EDM and Dance type patches that sound very modern, but I'm kind of looking for patches that sound similar to what the old console could do. Not strictly within its limits, but just sounds like it mostly. So not strictly FM presets, just "old school" I guess. There is just something raw and powerful about a lot of the old FM based Arcades and their console counterparts. Also very unique.

I've fuddled around myself, but truth is I'm not a pro, I don't really "get" the tweaking aspect of synthesizers, and not really enough time or training opportunities to really dedicate myself to what is mostly a fun "tinker around" hobby.

I get so frustrated trying to find/make sounds I like that I can't focus on being frustrated about making music that sounds like music
