I don't know if it is normal or not, but when I'm playing a mono/legato patch, keeping the sustain pedal pressed will result in moving to polyphony mode (the note I played are kept). You could easily reproduce this using the factory patch "Classic Saw MK"
Is this a bug or a feature ?? If it is a feature, is there a way to deactivate this behavior ?

Re: Dune 2.5 - Mono/Legato and sustain pedalI'm trying to get my head around this one....you hold the Sustain Pedal and the note sustains....as we would expect. So what would you want to happen when you hit the next note while still holding the Sustain Pedal down ? I'm not in the studio right now but next time it's booted I'll give this a try........
EDIT: Ok I got it now. I tried this with two other synths similar to DUNE 2 and indeed they do behave quite differently under the conditions you describe. Let's see if Rich and/or Marcin weigh in on the subject. It may have to do with DUNE 2's Unison Engine.
Re: Dune 2.5 - Mono/Legato and sustain pedal for a mono sound this is quite unusual ... it is supposed to play only one note at the time in my view (at least all the plugins/synth that I played are behaving like this, sustain or not)
Re: Dune 2.5 - Mono/Legato and sustain pedalIt does seem a bit odd that DUNE 2 would go Polyphonic when set to Mono but like I said let's see what Synapse has to say. Perhaps it has something to do with DUNE's Unison Engine or perhaps it's a bug that slipped through.
