How do I use program changes to select patches in Legend

If I instantiate a new instance of the Legend, it comes up with the patch "Init Patch FX"

At this point, I can send program change 0 or 1 only and switch from "Init Patch FX" to "Init Patch" respectively.

What do I need to send to The Legend to select other patches?

I'm trying to use this with Gig Performer to replace a different Minimoog emulator that I was using.
