installation to new MacBook Pro

Hello
I recently purchased a new MacBook Pro laptop and wanted to add the Legend software to it.
I have the Legend sounds (samples) on a external SSD.
Downloaded the newest update Legend (Mac/AVX)
But unable to open the software.
Any help much appreciated.
