Problem Activating Soundset

Hi

I just purchased 2 new soundsets for Dune 3. I've entered the serials into the Registration area, and I can see they registered successfully, but when I click on the Download page, it only shows a soundset I bought previously, not the two I just bought.

After completing the purchase I got a message, "Thank you for your purchase! A notification with instructions how to fulfill the contract will be sent to xxx".

However, the email hasn't arrived. The email for registering on these forums did arrive, so the email address is ok.

What should I do? I wanna play with my new toys
