Mac to Windows Midi Assignment Transfer?

Hi,

I'm trying to copy over the midi assignments from Mac to Windows for Synapse Audio. Mac has actual files whereas windows save the settings in the USER registry. Is there any way to export these settings to Windows? Perhaps, somehow convert the files to registry files? Trying to open the files in notepad++ didn't reveal anything could copy to the registry key values.

I tried to copy them over manually, but I'm confused about some of the parameters and what they control. My boss custom set some years ago, and for example, CC2 seems to control CC1 but on a limited range. At least, from what I'm seeing the GUI responds to that's what it looks like.

Anyone has any insight, or a more concrete method to ensure I can get all the midi assignments 1:1 from MAC to WIN?
