Is there an upgrade path from Legend RE to Legend HZ VST?

Hi I am the proud owner of the Legend and Antidote Reason Rack Extensions, however I would like to upgrade to Legend HZ.

While I could purchase the Legend HZ Rack Extension, I would rather buy to VST version as that would give me more flexibility in other DAWs.

Is there an upgrade path for Legend HZ VST from Legend RE?
