What do you guys think about fm between the osc layers for dune? So Osc 1 can Fm Osc 2. Let me know if this is somehow possible with the matrix.

yes, it's possible in audio modulation mode

Yes correct, this is how you can do analog-style FM in Dune 2.

I don't think he means "layers" the same way you or I understand the word.

Thats what i thought...the layers are separate and cannot mod each other.

Yes the layers cannot modulate each other (& I'm not sure there's much point to that tbh). Note that the layers may not even run on the same processor core when multi-threading is enabled.
