DUNE 3 crashes Cubase

Hi all!

I recently upgraded to the DUNE 3 and now have a problem..

When I open the interface of the DUNE 3, my DAW is crashing.
This happens not every time, but quite often.

A few days ago I sent the crash-dump files of my DAW to Synapse Audio support but have not yet received an answer...
I really like the DUNE 3, but it makes my projects unstable.

OS: Windows 10 Pro (64 bit, version 1809)
DAW: Steinberg Cubase 9.5 Pro (64 bit, version 9.5.41)
DUNE 3: Version 3.04 (64 bit)

We cannot reproduce the issue here, so we need further information.

Thanks for reply. Sorry, I didn't get your first mail but got the second

I sent you a mail with answers to your questions, but just in case I will duplicate it here:

1) The first loading of the DUNE 3 on the track is OK - plugin is loaded, the UI opens. But when I close the UI and after a while I want to open it again, the DAW crashes (not every time, accidentally);

2) In the DUNE 3 folders all the files are in place, I checked;

3) I copied only a few 3rd-party wavetables and some my own presets from DUNE 2 to the DUNE 3 folder. But in current projects (that crashes) these wavetables and presets I have not used.

Sorry, unfortunately these crash dumps point to Cubase internal code, this could mean anything. Please store your project and send it to us, maybe there's something stored in the project which causes the issue.

Hi again!

Stupid situation...

I spent a few days working on a project that was crashing off the DUNE 3.
DUNE 3 remained in the project all this time on the muted tracks, but I did not open plugin.

Now, before sending you the project I decided to check again and... no more crashes.
I opened and closed the DUNE UI (dozens of times!), restarted project, but no longer got crashes...

I really don't understand what to do.

What do you advise?
It still makes sense to send you a project (I have already prepared it for sending) or will I try to detect regularity of crashes (if they continue)?

Yes, please send. Maby we'll be able to reproduce anything, also plase let us know if there's any more crash reproduced.
