Obsession cutting off audio on some patches

Hello to all! Got my Copy of Obsession today and I notice that some of the patches are cutting off.
I notice this on the demo before buying as well. Thought it was a DEMO limitation.
Also the initialized patch is also cutting off sound.

This is very disappointing. Why is this happening?
BASS= Deep Pulse IW. Reverb can be heard but all the fx are off on that factory preset.
Other preset have issues with the reverb. The ADSR release seems to be mixed up on Deep Pulse IW and with the initialized presets.... Not liking this.

I'm not noticing anything of that sort here.

As Krim said, some more info would be useful.

And if possible either a better description or even if you're able to make a video what you're experiencing.

Sorry Guys!
I have solved the problem. I removed the Demo install and presets. Fully licensed copy installed. ALL IS GOOD!
It was a fluke or something I did wrong.

I have a PC Win10 64bit Intel 8th Gen - DAW: NUENDO and CUBASE 11
Gonna add my signature. I just started the forum.

Back to loving my Obsession. Worth every cent.
