You can either set every oscillator's FINE control to -68.2 (you can hold Shift key for fine tuning), and that brings it down from 440 to exactly 432.

Or you can set it in ModMatrix :

SOURCE .......... AMT .......... DESTINATION
Const ............. -8 ............ Common -> Pitch Fine
This brings it down from 440 to 431.9 Hz.
