Issues with headset + synapse problem

Hello!

I have problems with my Kraken Kitty edition (the first series) headset. It makes a popping sound and disconnects "randomly". At first the issue only occoured during gaming but now it also does when I listen to music a little bit louder. It's like a certain pitch triggers this and sometimes when I try to take a screenshot or I use alt+tab it also triggers this thing.

I read about several cases where people had this problem with this series of headset but nothing helped me so far. Shall I get a new headset? Any opinions?

ANOTHER ISSUE OF MINE

For one solution I wrote about above, tried to reinstall Synapse 3, but something strange happened. I've downloaded the installer from the official website then I launched the installer but nothing happened. Literally. Since then I can't install the Synapse 3... I (try to) launch the installer and nothing. (slopeI never had this issue before and after this case.)

Is there any solution to fix this?
