Would be nice to be able use the event manager to control the individual effects. :D :D :D

Do you mean like this: select effect and press CTRL+E on the keyboard?

Yes but without cntr E hate to use that method, also in pattern mode would be nice, and an on off abillity.

If you prefer to use the mouse then View->Event Editor. Pattern mode would be nice, of course as would a per parameter bypass mode.
